Upon employment, jail officer/jail deputy trainees have 12 months to complete the compulsory minimum training standards. The jail officer/jail deputy certification is obtained by (1) successfully completing the basic jailor academy and (2) completing field training for jail officer/jail deputy within 12 months. The initial jail officer/jail deputy certification is not valid until both steps have been completed and the documentation of the field training has been sent to DCJS, and entered into the training records management system.
The jailor's key, also known as the Jail Key, is a recurring key item in the Dragon Quest series. First introduced in Dragon Quest II, it is the precursor to the ultimate key from later games, unlocking barred doors.

The key can be purchased from the item shop in Burrowell, by selecting the blank line in the shopkeeper's list of available stock. The fact that the shop sells the key is hinted at by one of the townspeople. Unlike other keys, the jailor's key can be purchased multiple times, and sold at shops like any normal item.
The jailor's key is required for accessing several key areas late in the game. In particular, it is used to access Rogue Fastfinger's cell, the watergate in Slewse, and the travel gate leading to Rendarak in Beran.
Burns also cavils at his cell placement, because he says jailors would not have had time to get his nitroglycerin to him if he had experienced a seizure. But the mere possibility of remote or speculative future injury will not support a Section 1983 claim for damages. See Reichenberger v. Pritchard, 660 F.2d 280, 285 (7th Cir.1981). Based on purely conjectural allegations of injury, Burns's complaint about cell location is legally insufficient.

Once the jailor is dead, the two prison he paths past before he becomes aggro, become unlockable. There is a tunnel connecting them behind parchment-like paintings, which are clickable to burn them away. Inside you will find a key for the two chained valves up the corridors a bit, and a rock which will update the quest A Sampling. 2ff7e9595c
